I had a great experience with Broadway. Charlie Davis was very informative and helpful throughout the process. The driver who transported my vehicle Yuniel was very nice and my vehicle was delivered on time.

I’ve had an opportunity to use Broadway Auto Transport two times and each time I’ve only had exceptional experience especially dealing with James. He handled everything from start to finish and was very professional. It’s hard to trust a company blindly when it comes to your car but I can say without a doubt highly recommend this company and James.

Worked with Mike Brandon to transport a Japanese kei van from Newark, NJ to Louisville, KY. Mike kept me up to date on scheduling the transportation and finding a driver. We ran into some challenges due to winter weather which affected the delivery prices but that was out of Mike's control. Vehicle was delivered on time and in good condition. I do recommend Mike Brandon and Broadway Auto and will use them again.

Charlie Davis was my rep. This was an exceptionally smooth transaction and process. he answered every question thoroughly and replied to inquiry very quickly. the car was picked up when Charlie said it would be, and delivered when he said it would be for the price quoted. Charlie let me know when it was picked up and made sure that the driver was in contact with me during transport and reached out to me at the delivery time as well. Charlie was great and I highly recommend him and Broadway Auto Transport. . It was an stress-free transaction!

I had an experience with this company/individual that was concerning due to unprofessional behavior. During my interaction, the person on the phone was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to communicate respectfully. Additionally, I was not provided with any information regarding the delivery of my car, which caused unnecessary confusion and frustration.

I recently purchased a 2025 Mercedes-Benz from a dealership and needed it transported to my home. After looking around and speaking with a few companies, I decided to work with Mike Brandon, and I’m really glad I did.Since the vehicle was coming straight from the dealership, I wanted everything handled carefully, so we arranged an enclosed trailer. Mike took the time to explain the difference and helped organize the shipment so the car would be protected during the trip.The coordination with the dealership went smoothly, which honestly saved me a lot of time. I didn’t have to keep calling back and forth because everything was already scheduled properly. The driver arrived prepared, loaded the vehicle professionally, and the transport went exactly as planned.

I have worked with Mike Brandon, his communication was excellent from day one. The sign up process was very simple, no hidden fees. I had to cancel my order due to an unforseen change in travel plan. I got the full refund $260 within 2 days. I will certainly use them in future and strongly recommend to my friends and colleagues
