Perfect for relief
I used the cap a few timed before leaving a review but honestly on the first use I was satisfied. It was instantly relieving especially around the temples. As someone with chronic headache/migraines I have been skeptical that this sort of product could make any difference. However the compression with the cold was a game changer for me. Especially in helping avoid a headache from getting worse. I did not use it warm only cold. The compression is not overwhelming and feels evenly distrubuted so that you feel a sense of relief wherever you need it placed. The thick gel material gets cold but not overpowering even after hours in the freezer it remains smooth, even, and does not get firm. Even once the cold fades after about 30 minutes it remains cool enough and the compression is enough to provide some relief. The flaps over the eyes flip up so you can see while using it. This is helpful but if my head is particularly sensitive it does feel like it adds to the compression a bit. This would be my only thing to improve or figure out the most comfortable way to place it if that was the primary way I planned to use it. I also like that you can easily keep it in the fridge in the reusable bag it comes in. I received this product to review but have already purchased another one for my sister.
