Terrible service
Terrible service. they run a shipping service with no tracking. There's no way for them to tell me where my boxes are right now. The boxes were going from east to west coast with NO updates until a month later when 9 out of 11 boxes were scanned in Lost angeles. I called several times just to be told they would call the seattle station and see if the boxes arrived. on august 3rd 9 out of 11boxes were scanned. they are unable to tell me where the 2 missing boxes are. customer service was terrible.
