I had to book a last-minute flight from LA to Madrid. I called Business-Tickets.com, and worked with the amazing Rosie Hail. Rosie was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and on top of the situation. Her communication was excellent throughout the entire experience. Far superior to any other service I have ever used. I cannot recommend this service, or Rosie, more highly. 5 Stars.
Been working with Adonis Reed for a week now and he has been so patient when I asked him to run multiple scenarios with different quotes. He was able to find us a great price from the US to Tokyo. He emailed at 3:29pm and I completed the payment form and emailed him back at 4:01pm. Unfortunately, less than 35 minutes later, the great deal was not available because the Sears’s had been booked. I understand that multiple agencies are competing for these bargain seats but it’s unfortunate that the Agents can’t reserve for a short period of time to insure their quotes are available. Hopefully he will be able to find us another great deal.

Nadia worked patiently with me to find a complicated flight from Hawaii to NYC. She was responsive, professional, and went above and beyond. I was delayed because of a big snow storm and she worked with the airline to compensate me for the issue. I intend to use the company for my future trips and I highly recommend them!
