I am having the worst experience with BusinessAnywhere LLC. Jessica is the most unprofessional condescending customer service agent I've ever encountered. I number my questions and she proceeds to answer me with definitions and doesn't respond my questions at all. The worst part is there is no cancellations or refunds offered. No phone number to talk to a human. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!

I had an excellent customer service experience with Business Anywhere, and that really stood out to me. In a time when many business services feel impersonal - especially online - this experience was refreshingly human.The platform itself is clean and fairly intuitive, but I had a few moments where I needed clarification. This isn’t my first time using an all-in-one business service, so I understood the basics, but every system has its own flow. When I reached out for help, the response was prompt, patient, and genuinely supportive.I used their notary service for my virtual mailbox, and Kara was my notary. She had an infectious enthusiasm and was incredibly kind, which immediately put me at ease. She was also very thorough and patient, directing me to a walkthrough video that was exactly what I needed. Once I followed it step by step, everything clicked. When I realized I needed to upload additional documents, she made the process easy and completely stress-free.I also mentioned that I was running into some questions around my business registration.
