Best Business Class agent around the globe
I have worked with Julz Maxwell several times with Business consolidator. I have never worked with anyone that was so amazing! I would give her a 12 on a 1 to 10 scale easily. She not only is so knowledgeable, but she is also very polite, kind, generous, patient, understanding, sympathetic, incredible and goes way over and above the call of duty. She talks to me any hours of the day to help us resolve the first class ticket that I’m always looking for at the best price the perfect seat. She gets it all accomplished every single time. I have been to 117 countries, many of them many times. So I have spent many hours working with airlines and on the Internet and on the phone and I spoke to many agents in many different areas and I’ve never worked with no one that has it all like Julz Maxwell. She has fantastic and I ask her could I please speak with the supervisor just to tell them how happy I am that Business Class Consolidator hires people like Julz Maxwell. She is top notch. She said no that’s OK but I’m very grateful that you feel that way so I thought I need to write a review about her because she is so good. would recommend her to anyone. Actually, I have recommended her and Business consolidator two people before. If you ever need a really good Business Class or first class seat on any airline in any direction she can accomplish it. She never gives up and she’s quick. Sometimes I give her a mission to accomplish before the airlines are open for dates that far in advance. But once they open up, she’s emailing me with my answers. She’s so patient once she emailed me with a ticket that I had requested her to work on when it came available months before and the email came in while I was in the middle of the ocean in Australia and was going to be gone another month and I told her I had to wait until I got home so I could see everything else that dates and everything and she said no problem. Let me know when you get home and want to work on this and I did and she accomplished it. I don’t know what else to say other than she is the best. And she’s just as kind if I say no I don’t like that one or I don’t like to flown that airline she’s fine with it. Like I said, kind, patient, considerate, and one of the most knowledgeable people I’ve ever worked with, and I am grateful. And Business consolidator is just as blessed to have her as an employee as I am to have her as my travel agent.

I received a text that my international flight was canceled the morning of travel and the airlines could find no alternative itineraries. Husband and I booked a river cruise with Airfare included. Premium Economy only. I decided to try Business Class Consolidators to compare the airfare. In fact, the price BCC provided was $2000 less expensive for us as a couple, better connections (2; not 3). Due to a need for emergency surgery, we needed to change our reservations twice … with necessary fees to bring us to the original tour price … but, in Business Class, not Premium Economy. I will reach out again when health needs allow.I appreciated all the support via phone and email over the 6 months timeframe.
