I order over a month and half ago. The shipping address and billing address somehow got switched. I noticed it instantly and filled out contact form upload photos to show proof never got a response I also emailed them on numerous occasions never got a reply. I never received my product or refund. Communication sucks because they don’t have a customer service number only email which they never respond to Im so over it.
This straightener is great. I was amazed on how well it works! Love the results. This straightener is amazing and great quality for the price. I'm really glad I bought this flat iron.

it was horrible, i received a email asking to pay them claiming they never received my payment that paypal reversed it which is a lie , even before this i bought one awhile back with a code and never received it . i emailed back stating i will not send any form of payment again ! trying to rip me off ! unbelievable

I’m in love. My hair has historically not held a curl well even for an hour. This iron is a game-changer for me. I curl my hair in the morning and it lasts until I go to bed.. or until I ruin it by laying on the couch in the evening ;)
I do want to love this company. I was so excited to try their high end straightener. When I receieved the product, I receieved someone else's shipping label inside. I did let them know as I wondered where my shipment info went to?! I then noticed no where on the site does it state the product is made in China but right on the box it has it. That really made me sad as I thought this was an american made product by a women ran business. Finally, I tried the iron. Ive had a high end stylist level straighterner for years and I was hoping this new straightener was just as high quality and worked even better. Unfortunately, it barely heats up. Im very saddened by this whole experience and feel like Ive wasted money 😢

At no fault to the company my order showed delivered my usps. After talking to their customer service (president of the company actually) she assured me we would get it sorted out. After a few days it was still no where to be found. She just emailed me that she's going to file a claim with usps and send me a replacement!!! I will definitely do repeat business with this company!!!

I received my order in less than a week after ordering. I love the design of the iron because it helps style my hair. The iron styles my hair and leaves it looking silky without damaging it. I would definitely recommend!
