Horrible THCA Flower Experience
**One star for the fast shipping**. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a Cannabis Company. I wanted to provide my experience with this well known THCA company that a lot of people trust. My experience showed me that Call Me THCA could care less about promoting, carrying, and shipping horrible products. I purchased a quarter pound of SFV OG THCA flower (smalls) and received total garbage. Requested assistance from “Call Me THCA” customer support and they told me sorry for the bad batch and to go elsewhere. They didn’t care at all because they already got paid. I also understood that they were kind of angry that I was honest about this horrible batch of flower I was sent. A company would usually reach out, investigate, and resolve. I’m not looking for a reimbursement, just what I paid for. Natural Smokeable THCA flower. I know it’s not going to be top shelf for the price, but this batch I received didn’t even look like what they had in stock! Extremely dry and super harsh to smoke. It’s difficult to smoke!!! Torches the throat like smoking a refried cigarette. How is their curing process that bad? And the small buds were smaller than usual smalls! They were micros. Almost like small chunks of dirt. Every small buds had a stem larger than the bud itself. I sent photos of course. They told me themselves that the buds in the photos I sent didn’t look like what they had on inventory. How was I sent this?! How did I end up with this? From what I gathered from our email communication, I’m the bad guy for being honest about a horrible product that I paid for. These guys shipped me the worst quality THCA flower I have seen. The only reason I made a purchase through this company is because that particular strain is hard to find in the THCA market. So I fell for it hook, line and sinker. It was cheap, and I should have known better. Although Call Me THCA will usually put “have low expectations” on certain products to make the customer aware of the quality and condition before purchase. There was no such info. I watched plenty of flower reviews on YouTube and the responses were pretty good. And the flower looked great in most videos. So this made me super confident in my purchase. I received the package yesterday and here we are. The flower is horrible and I have a lot of it. I emailed Call Me THCA customer support yesterday (Feb 3) and received really bad customer support. It seems they were upset that I told them the flower they sent me was garbage and since I had better experiences elsewhere, I should shop elsewhere. They even went as far as blocking my address from placing orders ever again. What kind of message is that? This isn’t right. I think I understand their message. They really do not care about customers at all and really enjoy making money. To the folks at Call Me THCA, thank you for the experience and lesson. Never again.
