Placed an order 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived yet. So I write an email to their support just for them to tell me it hasn’t even been shipped yet. So if you wanna wait a month for something any other store can deliver the same week go ahead.
I just had to give 5 stars Great vapes and I had 1 vape crystalized and after one mail I had news within 24h that they would send me a new one and one as gift for my inconvenience. That's more then great service. And it helps so much for my pain and sleep disorder.
