I bought the F2 Adjustable Mount and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this product. Very well made effective and simple to use. I would highly recommend this product as it does what its suppose to, to a very high standard. The whole process from ordering to delivery was flawless with great communication. Thanks Carmount for setting the standard.
The vacuum car mount is absolutely useless. I’ve tried using it on dash, windshield, side window and it will hold for about 3 minutes at best. Waste of money! Would give it a zero if it was available.
I love the Carmount. The rotating handle, the fact that it is magnetic is really great. And it's small enough to pop in my bag for quick use.I do have a little irritation with removing it once i"ve used it though. It sticks so well that it's quite a challenge taking it off the surface i've used it on (not a terrible problem), but it has removed paint off a wall and a closet door. LOL!I love how versatile it is and I'm overall very happy with it.
Bought original Carmount which was great but then bought the Clutch x for my Jeep which is absolutely terrible. Doesn't hold for more then a few days. The return system is terrible because there are multiple companies that make the same product so they probably share the same warehouse. They make you return it to Europe where the cost outweighs. So beware if your are ordering thinking it's a guaranteed satisfaction situation. You don't get much in return if anything when they fail and Clutch X is like the original only holds well to flat surfaces.
Placing an order with this company is a black hole. No updates for days. Emails inquiring go unanswered. It looks like all I can do is stop my credit card from paying them and go to Best Buy and buy something else. Do not order from this company!
Hands down best phone mount in the market. Clean and minimal, doensn't shake, strong. I had the normal one and now the magsafe, both great. Recommended
I purchased a mobile holder from Car Mount and it exceeded my expectations.The quality is excellent and it holds the phone very securely while driving.Installation was quick and the grip is extremely strong.Customer service was also outstanding and very responsive.Overall, an A+ product with A+ service — highly recommended. 🚗📱
Do not order this product. This is a scam. They duplicated my original order and are now forcing me to pay shipping to Estonia to get my money back.
Total waste of money, just buy a cheap one because you won’t know the difference. Also the magnet ring also malfunction within 3 months of purchasing
I have gone through a considerable number of car mounts, from dashboard, to windshield to cup holder. For some reason, none would stay or if they did, hold my phone properly. The Carmount is the first one that stayed in the dashboard and did not give way when my phone was attached. It's incredibly flexible, while keeping mounted without any flimsiness. I'm happy to review this product with a high rating.

Purchased a iPhone charging cable. Shipping was 7–10 days. Didn’t have any problems during shipping. Good business that has great products for sale. Would recommend their products to anyone.
Garbage, put it on the dash, and not even 30 minutes later it fell off. They say it uses suction, but it has a sticky substance on it to stick to the dash but that didn’t help either.
Will not stay on glass or desk. Falls over with iPhone 11. tried to clean with hot water and sir dry still a sorry product DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$$$

Worthless junk. Will not work on any surface besides glass or smooth flat glass like material. Also poorly made. Ordered 3, one was broken upon arrival.
UPDATE : 6 Feb - Carmount has replied and has offered replacement product of what I have requested in exchange. They have sent an email to that effect. Received first week of Jan 2026. Installed in my second car (hardly used). Noticed it does not secure to the dashboard as advertised. So i installed it on the windscreen. After using the carmount on 4 occasions it kept sagging and could not hold up the iPhone 15 Pro.I have written to the Company today via email with a video showing the issue and also reached out to them via the website today (2 Feb). Let's see where I get with this. I have asked for a full refund or a swap to the F2 Adjustable Mount (hopefully they are better built.At this stage, I wouldn't recommend the Clutch-X and have decided against gifting them to friends
The product may be good, but receiving it seems impossible. I was sent tracking information. When it indicated it was time to pick up there was no pick up address, certainly not the Post Offuce. I was then told by a different company Aramex, that after holding for 48 hours it is sent back. Still no pick up address or phone contact. Extremely underwhelmed
So far all is working well. It mounts easily and the magnet holds my phone in place.
