the most embarrassing customer service
This is hands down the most unprofessionally run operation I have ever dealt with. At first, everything seemed quick and efficient, but that was just a mirage. Their entire customer support is outsourced to people who have absolutely no clue what they’re doing. Every rep asks for different forms, none of them make sense, and there is zero logic in their process.I have a car, a title, and we agreed on a price—it should be simple, right? Wrong. After 25 painful phone calls, we are still not done because these people are completely incompetent. I don’t want to use profanity, but this is beyond frustrating and borderline insanity.No one should have to deal with this level of incompetence. Stay away from these people at all costs. This isn’t a joke; this is straight-up embarrassment. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Called last minute ( Friday evening) and they were able to pick my car up the next day and pay me on the spot. Roy was awesome and made the entire process easy and fun!! Thank you Roy!

Sold my car in a hurry
I was moving and had to sell my car by the next day. Called Monday evening at 7PM sold it the next morning at 10AM. Perfect timing.

last month I was driving in my car just doing my normal shopping routine. My car broke down on me in a horrible spot, the car would have been towed within a few hours if it was left there.
My car was already getting pretty old it was a 2002 hyundai so I decided to call it quits and just sell the car. I called Tony at (619) 464-1717 and he was out to the location in thirty minutes, and had it towed it away within an hour.
Tony was professional, and it was amazing how fast he was able to get out to me. It seems like Tony and cash for cars really care about the customer, as after I told him my situation he made it a point to be out here fast.
If you are going to use a cash for cars type service I suggest using this service everything worked out perfectly for me.
