Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I was a customer for many years and had several models. I had an issue with their window mount (sticky mount) and requested that a supervisor call me about it. I was reached out to by email and told that they don’t call customers. What kind of customer service is that. Don’t waste your time with this company. Go with one that actually cares about their customers.
