After 3 weeks and unsuccessful
Initially told me it takes 1-3 business days to unlock my iPhoneX. After a week contacted them, they said it will be unlocked within 1-2 days. After more than 3 weeks of waiting and a number if emails exchanged with them, got a refund of 129 and was told they can not unlock it and to contact my carrier. Walked to AT&T store near me then called the customer service from store and had my phone unlocked within one day. It cost me the same $129(amount I owed on my AT&T plan when upgraded to newer iPhone) . What a waste of my time with these guys.

The unlock process did work well however they led me on for 14 days before providing me with the unlock code. First it was an email stating to wait 1-6 days, then another 1-6 days, then 2 days. Do not use if you have any sort of timeline!

Horrible customer service
It has already been 1 week and half and still haven't unlocked my device. There customer service is really slow, there is only one representative to speak to. It's the same person everytime, so that explains why I'm on hold for so long everytime. Also about 15 minutes into the hold i get disconnected everytime for some reason. Maybe it's because they only have one person working the phone. Save yourself some time and use another website

I spent at least 12 hours on the phone with AT&T(ick me off). We were with them for over 10 years and decided to switch to T-Mobile. ATT thoroughly screwed us on the ETF and the process to get a phone unlocked was literally a nightmare.
