I've been a satisfied client of Cerenade since 2002. I'm very happy with their products and customer service. Prior to eIMMIGRATION, I used their EILA product. eIMMIGRATION is user-friendly, reliable, and best of all, I can use it even while I am away from my office. It works even when the internet service is not that good (Philippines).
This software goes above and beyond our expectations! Easy to learn and very straightforward. It does everything; from sending out questionnaires to new clients, auto-filling forms from those questionnaires, to sending and billing clients! This is a must if you work at any immigration law office! Thank you Ms. Vanessa!
It works good, the forms are great, and to store the data works fine.
I have been Cerenade’s client for about 3 years or so, and I simply LOVE it. The software is easy to use and makes me work efficiently with my cases. I love the fact my clients can choose the language they want to answer the questionnaires! And, the customer services is OUTSTANDING.
