Glad I made the call
My experience was great because the therapist, Dr. Montgomery was very kind and supportive of my situation. She put me at ease because I couldn’t have my pet until I received the letter. My next appointment I was approved to get my emotional support pet home! I am so glad I made this call.

Erin Mooney was my LICSW, for my original submission as well as my renewal / “promotion”. My dog was originally approved as an ESA, Erin took the time to explain the differences between an ESA and a PSA. Originally, we agreed my dog needed to work on a few things before he would be considered a PSA. We worked for a year on training and he is now a PSA. It was great to have continuity of care with Erin. She also took time to discuss rules and regulations that apply to service animals. 🐕🦺 Positive experience all around

Disappointing, Overpriced, and Not Trustworthy
CertaPet.com was a major disappointment and did not deliver the professional, reliable ESA letter it promises. The document I received felt generic and rushed, lacking personalization and the clarity you would expect from a legitimate service. Instead of feeling confident using it, I was left questioning whether it would actually be accepted if reviewed closely.Customer support was equally frustrating. Once payment was made, responses became slow and vague, offering little real help or reassurance. For the high price they charge, the lack of transparency and follow-up made the entire experience feel like a waste of money. I would not recommend CertaPet.com to anyone looking for a trustworthy ESA letter service.

Great Experience with professionals and app
The experience was great. The psychotherapist, Haley, was kind, compassionate and understanding. I got my ESA letter quickly, and everything went smoothly. The psychotherapist I talked to on the phone is caring and understanding of my need of my emotional support animal, more than just an animal but my family and friend, my cat Phoebe. I needed a ESA letter to be able to move in my new home to meet with the fair housing laws since I have gone through a lot of mental health problems. My property management needed this letter or else I would have to pay a $400 pet deposit, which I cannot afford at the moment. The professional has been really helpful and I’m happy with the experience with Certapet professionals. The app is easy to navigate, A+

Not a Legit and reliable service
I dont trust the certapet anymore and will never get another service again from them.they just dont response you properly and just make the process very difficult to get it done on time .
