Excellent and legit company with outstanding product quality. I have used them twice and it involved a quick phone call, then everything shipped within a few days and all servicing handled via text message. I will use them again if needed and will gladly recommend them.
I’ve had a really positive experience using tirzepatide. I’ve lost a few pounds and definitely look slimmer, which has boosted my confidence. The clinic and the staff are great—they’re knowledgeable, professional, and clearly know what they’re doing. Overall, I’m very happy with both the results and the care I received.

I purchased TIRZEPATIDE from Champion thru groupon. Then when I moved up to higher dose. I purchased directly. Everyone I've ever communicated with,they have been very nice and very helpful. I wouldn't buy from anyone else.
I found Champion Health and Wellness a few months ago through a Groupon Promo and have purchased their Lipo C three times now. I live outside of their state abd love how fast and reliable they are! Deliver is communicated so well and comes in temperature controlled packaging. The Lipo C helps give me enhanced energy on my heavier exercise days and excel rates my weight loss.
Champion Health is fast and efficient. They are also very responsive to emails and texts. I have lost over 30 pounds and continue to use the B12 and LipoC from them. Amazing customer service and products 😊

Can I give ZERO stars? Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever received. On the phone for less than 5 minutes. I asked the representative to be patient as I looked for my prescription information. She proceeded to yell at me and tell me she was canceling my order. I asked for name and she replied “you don’t need to know” and quickly hung up on me. I called multiple times and left messages the next day and no one returned my call. DO NOT TRUST THEM!
I found them on Groupon and thought I would try them since my previous Groupon experience was not great. This company only talks to you through text which I found weird. I told her/him that I had gotten the GLP1 product back in April from another company and it came hot and did not work for me, literally no changes. (also, a Groupon vendor) So I did not want to use them anymore. She/he texted me saying it’s the summertime, that their product would be shipped not cold as well. Long story short… she/he was somewhat rude and unprofessional. It was giving scam. She/He canceled, and I was ok with it and refunded me my shipping. I am waiting for my refund from Groupon. I looked up the refrigeration of GLP meds and this is what I got. “In summary, proper refrigeration of GLP-1 medications is crucial for maintaining their effectiveness and safety. Always consult the specific storage instructions provided with your medication and discard any medication that has been improperly stored”. I do not want to receive meds that are not properly stored. Look it up, it can have all kinds of side effects and one is it not working. I question who the Physician is that I was supposed to talk to and if he/she is even a physician at all. So, just beware and do your research on these Groupon vendors before you waste your time.
Customer service is pretty phenomenal. They even got back to me on a Sunday. I accidentally threw away my medication and the doctor was able to send me out a new prescription.I was on the starter kit at first and then slowly worked my way up to 10 mg a week for four weeks. The only issue I had was the price, but they are still reasonable compared to some of the others. at first, the price was reasonable, but as the dosage went up, it was around $430 a month. definitely worth it if you really having a hard time with Weight Loss.  I believe they only ship Monday through Wednesday but they send out a tracking number through FedEx, and it gets here rather quickly! I was a little bit confused on how much I was supposed to take so one of the representatives called me right away and explained everything. there are YouTube videos on how to read and administer the vials that I highly recommend watching. 
I cancelled same day. Your number is blocked, stop being rude to customers and passive aggressive. The person who text and who is most likely replying on Groupon loves being pathetic. I honestly concerned. Numerous people are cancelling because of this person or their process. My concern is that they have a HIPPA stamp on their website, I cannot confirm our details are protected. Part of the requirement involves updating Driver’s License, confirming shipping information and then requiring prescription details. Once the person cancels, how long is their information retained and how well does the company secure info?I’ll need to do independent research, but that is a main concern. Overall, don’t recommend.
Champion Health and Wellness Clinic handled my gift purchase issue quickly and professionally when I had entered information incorrectly. They responded quickly to my questions. I completed the information and consent forms they was provided. Very easy! The product will be delivered within 3-5 business days. Thank you, I will update this review when the product is delivered. I did the 8 weeks of Triz 2.5 and then 5 and it worked terrific. Lost 10 lbs in 8 weeks. I was worried if it wouldn't be real but absolutely was. I did not have any nausea or constipation so their formula worked for me
While I like my cardiologist, the Oxford office runs like two lemurs in a sack. Do better!
