Scammers!!!!

Scammers!!!!! I received a booking confirmation and arranged plans based on that flight and now they have cancelled my flight and they won’t honor the price. They had me in 3 different moments on the phone waiting for a solution but they offered nothing, even when I was being flexible with moving my flight dates or flying with different airlines.DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MISLEADING ADVERTISING!!!

Complete scam

Complete scamComplete scam! This company pretended to be United. I searched for United Airline's customer service number and I guess their ad popped up first in disguise as United. They completely scammed me and charged my credit card fees that I never approved. They also changed my flight and the class of seats I requested. Complete scum bags! I am going to call the FBI and bring this up to them. Also calling my bank to ensure if any charge from this company is fraudulent and should not be allowed to be charged. All charges from this company should be declined and never approved for any reason for anyone. There is also a multiple front company with various names that start with cheap flights.

I booked 2 months ahead and the price is cheaper on the international flight now (1 month away). The same scam happened as I pressed United Air & this came up instead, without me realizing it. Until I noticed this they didn't inform me.

Company accessed via a fake Delta link

Company accessed via a fake Delta link, pretended to be Delta, did successfully execute the flight change I required, but managed to convince me that my earlier Delta payment had bounced and still needed to be paid. Duh.$4700 presumed lost - unless they have a change of heart, in which case I'll be happy to revise this review.

Fraudulent company

Fraudulent company. Our flight with British Airways was canceled on June 28th through no fault of our own. This company's number came up as a British Airways customer service number online. When we called, the agents we spoke with never identified themselves as anything but British Airways Customer Service Representatives. The agents used high pressure tactics to convince us it was necessary to collect "international tax fees" because we were opting to fly on another airliner, since British Airways did not have any availability for our party of five through the next week. The two agents (one was a manager who identified himself as Trevor Scott) we spoke with kept insisting we were losing out on flight options and needed to book quickly but that they couldn't secure us a new outbound flight without collecting the "international taxes." We finally relented and later discovered we were erroneously and fraudulently charged for these "international taxes" when we called another, authentic British Airways Customer Service number. We were charged $1,456 in "international taxes," which we promptly disputed with our credit card company (at the advice of a true British Airways representative with whom we spoke after). Cheap Flight Deals unscrupulous tactics and fraudulent collection of our money has been reported to fraud to our credit card company, BA.com, Report Fraud.ftc.gov, and FBI Internet Crime.

Just got scammed for $1200 for a flight. Don’t use these POS. Really gives Indians a really bad name. They ask you for 2 different credit cards. I use AM then they said that the taxes were down from Air France. I should have known.

SCAM!!!

SCAM!!!! The number popped up first place as I search for United customer service. Scammed me $4500 for a $6920 flight. They said the flight is $11430, but I later checked with United that the flight cost a total of $6920. The $4500 is in their pocket, they pretend to charge me as United Airline. I filed a report to the fraud department of the government, I’ll continue to file report if my $4500 is not refunded. RUN

SCAM disguising themselves as Alaska Airlines

This company veils themselves as the Alaskan Airlines customer service hotline through search engines. They did end up helping me book a change flight, but claimed I needed a "change fee" for a flight of the same price as the original. The receipt for the change fee comes from cheapflightdeals.travel and not Alaska Airlines. Ensure you are calling your airline from the customer service number directly on the airline's website! It seems they pocket this "change fee" after booking you a flight.
