Claire was very sweet and thorough answering all my questions. Most importantly, though, I mistakenly added 1 extra letter to the persons name that I was helping with his reservation. She said that would be no problem and removed the extra letter and sent a confirmation with the correct spelling. Thanks Claire for taking the fear and worry out of planning travel. Jean
Terrible phone and email service. Emails don't even make sense most of the time as written in very poor English. I am constantly being fobbed off and being given reasons to delay. I'm just trying to use my flight vouchers!
Will never Book with CHEAPTICKETS…Will never Book with CHEAPTICKETS again. Unable to reach literally for WEEKS via PHONE and EMAIL. Flying out in two days time, want to change the flight due to virus outbreak, panicking with much ANGER.

When I checked the website I couldn't believe the price. I called just to check the price and Alan picked the call and he was so good and he gave all the info. Good to have such service provider and their assistance. ✌️
