Bought a mower from them a couple of years ago. We had lots of problems with it - manufacturer's faults. Now resolved (we hope). Throughout we've found Chester Small Plant to be extremely helpful in trying to resolve the problem including liaising with the manufacturer. I'd certainly use them again and recommend them.
Bought a chainsaw from them used it for a while then it stopped working took it back for a service was told it needed major repairs. quoated about 250 to repair Decided to try another repairer had it serviced and runs like a dream cost 45 pounds in totalContacted Chester spoke to the manager and was told there must have been other things wrong with it. And yet it runs fine?? Very disappointed with the company as I thought they had a good reputation.
Went into the showroom for some advice on buying a petrol mower. Found the staff to be friendly and very knowledgeable. Bought a mower and at great price, and it was delivered later the same day. It was ready to go with petrol and oil, and we were given a demo on how to use it as we are new to using petrol mowers.Could not be happier with the service and would highly recommend Chester Small Plant
