Easy to deal with and massive choice
I attempted to pay for my watch in the listed currency of Euros and Chrono24 insisted I pay in Sterling so they could force an exorbitant exchange rate on me causing me to lose money - I am reporting them to the Financial Conduct Authority. In order to go to the FCA i need to go through C24 complaints procedure in the first instance. I requested a copy of this procedure over 10 days ago... and received nothing.This deceptive practice makes me question the integrity of C24 - I wish I had dealt with the dealer direct.

The people I have bought watches from have been excellent and the comunication very good, the web based site is fine but problems clearing the security on the browser, the iOS app works better. unfortunately one seller was very rude and although I complained Chrono24 did not respond, there should be more help from centralised team. I will use Chrono24 again
