I truly appreciate the CiborTV program. It’s not just a service for me — it’s a connection to our Italian heritage, and I’m genuinely proud of the way they continue to promote the Italian culture here in the US through CiborTV. It means a lot to families like mine. Useless to follow Italian shows from abroad
Useless if you want to follow Italian TV shows from abroad. Does not support recording or DVR hence it is impossible to follow day tv programs from a different timezone. Customer service would not offer a refund since 14 day policy only based on shipping date, not activation date

# 1 Cibor freezes up almost every night. We cannot watch a complete episode or a full movie. #2 I PAID for renewal, and I was charged 2 times, and I only have 1 Box. I 'm NOT able to reach them to get my refund back. How do I go about getting my refund back of $99.99 that I was charged? Please contact me, please refund my money back. Thank you.

Channel 5 HD signal breaking a lot never can finish watch shows not wort to pay for this service, this happen every single day and time in consideration I am may not renew my subscription it’s very frustrating to watch programs with lot signal interrupted just on this preticular channel. My network signal is perfect but just Cibor brake signal a lot

Warranty is up buuuut you can buy another one!
Worked well for almost two years then one day it continued to give me problems saying the internet could not be tested. It’s a very basic box and despite my trying to resolve with customer service (via email), they said my warranty was up on the box and that I could buy another box with a 20% discount. This was days after renewing the subscription. I think that is poor customer service and disappointed with how difficult it was at that point.

This has to be the worse streaming box…
This has to be the worse streaming box I have ever come across. The channels keep lagging and we keep getting the signal source is unavailable. I have sent so so so many email to customer support with reply’s on what speed test do you have are the cables plugged in ? Seriously ?? It’s just awful. I got this for my father who is 99 and literally every window night he cannot watch anything due Chanel’s !! I have literally given up so when the renewal is up, I will be cancelling and going IL GLOBO TV INSTEAD . Based in Melbourne if you have any issues you can contact them and sort it out, unlike CIBOR . I would NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL !!!!

Don't waste your money
In the passed month we have had trouble with cibor tv. Constantly getting the run around.It keeps freezing up not one channel but most of the channels. It has been very frustrating i have contacted them every day and still they say that they are trying to fix the problem. I know that they don't give a dam about us because we are in Australia. We have been with this for the pass 2 years and now problems I have request for and email address to there management and still no answer. I will be looking for another streaming box to change. I would NOT recommend this Company (Cibor) they are unhelpful. Stay away from purchasing this.

I was supposed to pay for one year $89.00 plus receive a discount for the code Mix given to me by Cbortv now I still cannot receive a new connection code cbortv should notify subscribers ahead of time before the old subscription expires and not shut it off in the middle of a program after is difficult to riconect should be easier to pay and get the new code Cbortv should have a phone number for client questions

Sinner and the Italian National soccer team… the Cibor team try everything to help me from remote with professional competence in very short time (in the end I discovered that was a cleaning lady disconnection cable problem …)

Outstanding Support Team – Fast, Dedicated, and Effective!
I had to reset my device, and it stopped receiving an internet signal even though it was connecting properly to the router. All the troubleshooting I did at home, including resetting the router, was unsuccessful. The issue was that my device needed to be forced to download the latest version.The technical support team responded immediately, with replies coming at any time of day. After a week of work, they resolved the issue remotely. Now it works perfectly again. Thank you to all the team
