Clay HR - tailored approach to HR
We have been using ClayHR since 2023 and have implemented several key modules including Core HR, Applicant Tracking System (ATS), PTO & Expense Management, Performance Management, as well as Learnings and Tests.ClayHR has proven to be a flexible and user-friendly solution for our globally distributed teams. The ability to configure workflows—such as region-specific expense approval flows and role-based access—has been crucial in maintaining operational efficiency, privacy, and compliance across different regions and employee levels.The configurable performance templates have enabled us to standardize yet customize performance reviews and goal setting. Additionally, the learning and test features have helped us assess employee knowledge and provide certificates.We are excited about the latest enhancements, which interface with our Outlook platform, in order to streamline our interviewing process. ClayHR has a good support base that looks for ways to align our growing organizational needs. We look forward to leveraging more of its features.
