They helped me with discount code
I did not use discount code properly, and Clinch River promptly refunded my money and helped me reorder properly. Trolling motor arrived quickly and in excellent condition at a very good price. I could not ask for anything more!

Didn't received what I ordered
I ordered 6 sets of stinger rca jacks and I only received 1 set. And I called and my call went to vm left a message only to not get a return call. Very disappointed

Not quite the product I imagined
Not quite the product I imagined, but I can make it work. The cord for the 12V DC is quite inadequate, but I found a replacement I have at home that has an acceptable plug in on the end of it. I have not tested it yet.

Great service!
Great service!! I had ordered a Toadfish oyster tray for my wife for Christmas, and the manufacturer delayed the shipping to Clinch River so it would not be here on time. This was no fault of Clinch River, but so my wife had a gift to open on Christmas, they worked with me to find another amazing gift, and overnighted it so it would be be on time. I will definitely order from them again, solely based on the experience with Jeremy!

Big letdown!
Brought a brand new zippo a high polish brass one! It had a bunch of swirl marks on it and it looked like it was lightly used! In the pictures it shows it having a high polished mirror-like finish! Which this was not! When You buy a brand new product it should be in brand new condition! Highly disappointed!

I ordered the wrong model multi-plus II
I ordered the wrong model multi-plus II and the folks at Clinch went above and beyond to get me sorted out and get the replacement here ASAP to get me going again. Super Customer Service and fast responces on emails. We are officially back up and going so we can take a trip for Thanksgiving. Much Appreciated. Will do business with again.
