Clopay Garage…Very Disappointed!!!
We recently purchased 5 Clopay Garage Doors. Unfortunately due to some contractor issues, we didn't get to start the installations until now. This happens all of the time in construction, it's not unusual...So now we have noticed two tension springs that were damaged, in exactly the same manner, and I'm convinced that they are factory defective items. We are also missing 3 small center support brackets for the tension spring rods which should have been in the boxes of miscellaneous parts.Despite multiple emails Clopay is falling back on a policy in which we have thirty days to report damaged and missing parts. Very discouraging...Now they are not even responding to my emails.Take care when choosing a supplier like Clopay...!
