Stay far away
Stay far away, and if you have already fell victim to these crooks, PLEASE file a complaint with the FL Attorney General. Predatory businesses like this need to be stopped. As many others have said, you will get to the "office" and you will end up with hundreds more in charges. And when you return the car, you'll end up with hundreds more on top of that. Everything from forcing their toll transponder, extra insurance, and bogus cleaning fees. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

This Car Rental is a dangerous scam a trailer is the office in a parking lot
This Car Rental is a dangerous scam! I rented a car with this company through a third party travel agency; Economy Booking. I was advised the Car Rental Company was called Clubs Rental in Orlando, FL. In plain black and white print, I was assured that I had purchased a rental car with full protection protecting me from costs should there be any damage to the vehicle, the glass, tires car explained what NO HIDDEN FEES AND defined in print, what FULL COVERAGE meant! I photographed this statement. Clubs Car Rental elects to use third party booking company in order to procure additional business for their unknown and shady business. Then, once they have the reservation and compensation from the third party booking, the renter (me) is transported to their (third world country parking lot and trailer with male employees who barely spoke English) and then subjected to absorbent charges, scare tactics, untruths and complete disregard for a travelers care and wellbeing. When finally at the trailer lot to pick up my rental car, a fella advised me that I did not haver accident insurance, I showed him the photograph from Economy Booking that stated that I had purchased a car rental with FULL PROTECTION. He said that was a third party and that I had to pay $35 per day total $433.34) for collision coverage or that I could simply return to the airport. However, It was almost nightfall, I was traveling alone, in another State and in an unfamiliar vehicle. So, I paid the price to get on the road as I had a two, plus hour drive ahead of me. There was a sign on an 8X10 plexiglass frame indicating that there was a toll (Sunpass) tag in the vehicle and that tolls were included with the car rental. I overheard two customers also complaining that they had used a third party booking company and were also being charged exorbitant insurance fees . Some of these unfortunate families had small children waiting in this deplorable office and surroundings waiting to get to Disney World. Their poor parents had to pay the fees or be returned to the airport at nightfall. Additionally, there were customers having the same issues when I returned the car; being advised of very hefty hidden charges. Additionally, when I eventually returned this dirty, cigarette smelling (with a burn hold in the front seat), I overheard two customers experiencing the EXACT same scam!! Their faces said it all! They were exasperated, scared and felt intimidated. Most were traveling with small children (Disney World bound)I called the main office which turns out to ne only a call center) to explain the my booking included insurance coverage. The man I spoke with said that he thought the insurance charge per day was $25 not $35. I advised the fella at the trailer desk of this and then saw him on his cell phone - I was able to view his text messages with the man I had spoken with and it verified the amount of $25 per day (green text reading that he advised "Sherry" that he had told me the cost of insurance coverage was $25 per day) I spell my name Cheri) The threatening and obstinate fella said he couldn't charge $25 because it was a "special" that he would no longer honor. I asked to speak with a manager and he said the decision was his as he was in charge! He then, actually told me to return to the airport or pay the fee. It was almost nightfall, this place was horribly frightening, I was in a state that I was unfamiliar with, I was alone and about to drive a small, dirty, unfamiliar vehicle and had a two and a half hour drive ahead of me!!! I elected to pay and get out of that place. This is a company based in the country, Greece making a fortune off unsuspecting people by using a third party booking company and by providing the booking company with false information in order to secure rentals for their business

They won't recognize my insurance on…
They won't recognize my insurance on rentals and require $500 000 deposit. In the hour I was there, 4 families with reservations smelled the scam and walked away. Save yourself the trouble and avoid them !!

Avoid this company!!
Do not use this car rental company because it is a complete scam of a company. My flight was cancelled and due to the knew date of arrival I had no choice but to cancel my original car rental reservation. This place was the only car rental with an available car. I found out the hard way why that was. Just like most people who had a negative experience with this company they told me I had to purchase their insurance and toll pass. What I mean by force is if you drive through a toll without their toll pass they charge a $30 fee for every toll you go through. My reservation went from $713 to $1979! They force you to either pay a ridiculous price or cancel your reservation. Do not use this car rental company.

This place is a scam
This place is a scam. Offers low prices online then you get there and they say you have to have $500000 car insurance or pay their insurance which is $$50 a day. Nobody carry’s $500,000 insurance on their regular vehicle so they know what they’re doing to scam you

SCAMMY COMPANY - AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Clubs car rental is a scammy company that offers rock bottom prices thru some online portals like Kayak. However once you are at their office, they pile on a bunch of added charges on top(They call it mandatory, but will not give it in writing or in any recorded format). Some examples of such mandatory charges are toll pass(even if you have one of your own), high priced mandatory insurance with super high deductible etc. Go with one of the more reputed companies to avoid the hassles and a severe price shock once you get there(4x!). Two things should alert you about their operations as soon as you get there - The run down look of the office and the compound(You have to wait outside in the yard, not in the office while the previous customer is being serviced, perhaps for you to avoid watching the other being taken advantage of) and the fact there is a prominent sign that they can refuse service to anyone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

SCAM SCAM SCAM.
SCAM SCAM SCAM.Priced lower and when you arrive you will not get what you paid for and you will be asked to pay at least double the price for additional stuff. Just go with Hertz, Alamo, Dollar or any other bigger rental company out there and dont waste time and money. You will not get back your reservation fees, they will offer you to reuse the amount anytime later - which you do not want at all anyway.

SCAM ALERT 1000% - Everything is fake
Rented a Tahoe for 800 USD, when arrived they presented me a RAV4 + additional cost. Tahoe was 2500USD. I refused to take the car and pay the additional cost - went back to the Airport to take another car which was half of the cost that Clubs wanted. The worst club in this world. Just dont rent anything from them - not recommended at ALL !!! Just go with Hertz, Alamo and others and get a fair and real car.

Terrible Experience.
Terrible Experience. They overcharged me and refused to refund, claiming I had already accepted the charge. They didn’t show up to pick me up at the airport, couldn’t be contacted, and when I called, I was asked to leave a message. In the end, I had to take an Uber myself. Then I was left waiting for over an hour for the staff to arrive. My rental was scheduled for 8:30 AM, but I didn’t actually receive the car until 10:20 AM.While I was at the counter, I noticed that the phone was constantly ringing, but the staff didn’t answer — probably customers waiting for the shuttle at the airport. Those 40+ recent positive reviews are fake. This company doesn’t have that many customers or cars — only a little over 10 vehicles available.Don’t be fooled by the cheap price. Avoid them and go with a reputable rental company instead.

Beware of the car insurance scam at…
Beware of the car insurance scam at Clubs Car Rental. They require $500,000 in coverage, which is ten times more than what major car rental companies demand. Without this ridiculous insurance coverage, you'll end up paying about ten times the voucher value. The cars are at least five years old and in poor condition. The agents are rude, and they exploit the fact that their location is off-airport in a remote area, leaving you with no options to switch to another major rental company. Beware of this company!

I Would Give ZERO Stars if Possible
Th rental agreement stated that I could use my own car insurance (Liberty Mutual specifically named) for collision coverage. I purchased their "Full Coverage".Upon arrival to the VERY remote site later at night, I was told it was REQUIRED to purchase their collision plan for an additional $65.99/day. This is not stated anywhere in the fine print of the rental agreement or elsewhere. When I said I would not purchase that policy, they refused to rent me the car leaving me stranded with no car.

overall okay and good value
initially disappointed with a service issue, however, they have provided compensation, so overall a good experience. Very competitive pricing

Club’s Rental: The Worst Club You Could Join
Rating: ⭐ (Generously given)I booked a car online at Club’s Rental for what seemed like an incredible deal—$26, all in. Reservation confirmed, my hopes high, I was ready to pick up my ride. But instead of wheels, what I got was an Olympic-level jump through hoops. When I got there, they refused to accept my insurance because my property coverage was only $250,000, not the absurd $500,000 they apparently demand. I guess unless you're renting a car to park inside a private mansion, you’re out of luck. Seriously, who has $500,000 in property coverage for a rental car? Do they expect me to take out coverage suitable for driving the Batmobile?Naturally, the price skyrocketed to over $200 from the advertised $26. I walked out of there so fast they’re probably still looking for me.Thankfully, just a few steps away, **Carwiz** came to my rescue. They took my insurance without demanding a second mortgage and gave me a fair deal. Skip the circus at Club’s Rental and head straight to Carwiz. In summary: **Avoid Club’s Rental like a plague-infested ship.** Unless, of course, you enjoy outrageous demands, fine print nightmares, and your wallet crying for help. Otherwise, see Lee at Carwiz and thank me later.

Probably the worst out there
Clubs Car Rental company is the #1 worst car rental company we've patronized. We had a frustrating experience with Clubs Car Rental where they insisted we either had to pay for their toll pass or avoid tolls altogether, even though we had our own toll pass. When we contacted Qeeq, the first representative agreed that we shouldn't be forced to accept the toll pass. Ultimately, we were charged $100 for a toll pass that we only used twice—once leaving the airport and again returning. In our 13 years of renting cars in Orlando, often twice a year, we’ve never encountered a vehicle in such poor condition. The car had visible rust, paint peeling, creaky doors, charging ports not working; was in such bad shape that the rental company provided us with a file documenting all the dents and scratches. Despite showing only 60K miles on the odometer, it looked like it had driven a million miles. With the condition described, it was hilarious to note the rental company had a $1000 hold on our credit card. On the rental agreement, it also has we couldn't drive more than 1000 miles in a period of 30 days. None of these are found in normal car rental company agreements. It just wasn't worth renting through Qeeq or through Clubs Car rental.Additionally, the rental company was off-site, which is fine, but we had to wait almost an hour for a ride back to the airport when returning the car. This would have been a disaster if we had a flight to catch. Our experience with Clubs Car rental was so bad that we won't even bother renting from any company off site from the airport, it's just not worth the stress.

"This has been the worst experience…
"This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a car rental company. The agent quoted me $149.00, but ended up charging me nearly $500. When I tried to cancel the rental, they refused to refund my $80 deposit. This is clearly a scam! They included fraudulent information in the contract and completely denied any responsibility, claiming that this was what their sales agent had stated. The vehicle already had 150,000 kilometers on it. This is completely unacceptable and should be reported by everyone! On the last day of my rental, I rented another car from Enterprise and everything was transparent and fair. The cost was even less than half of what Clubs Car Rental charged

The worst experience ever
The worst experience ever. Although I paid for the rental inluding insurance and taxes after booking, they wanted to charge close to 400 extra, allegedly for taxes. They also claimed, that paying for sunpass was mandatory.

Don't fall for the "cheaper" price
These people are running a scam based on a loop hole. They advertise cheaper rates on third party sites then claim they have nothing to do with the third party site info. They only accept a handful of car insurance and if you happen to actually have one of the ones they accept please be aware that they require a 500K liability insurance coverage. Which most average drivers don't carry. They force you to buy their insurance at $39.99 per day fir the liability insurance and $29.99 for the collision insurance. That's on top of their daily rental rate. You will end up paying about $80 per day if you end up using them and you don't have the required coverage thru an ACCEPTED insurance company. It is not cheaper to use this company. That amount of money for an older model rental in insane. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. You will not be saving any money with them.
