As a company who has been working woth multiple Fiat to crypto payment gateways till now we can easily say cointopay is the best till now. We have been working woth them a year now. Customer service, speed of settlement, easy to use interface and many more great sides. And of course beimg trustable is the most important part. We are happy to keep working with them.

Great customer service they respond within hours to any questions. My only issue if I had to had to say would be the ui could be a little more user friendly it’s a little clunky but you get used to it. Other than that best place to buy moon coin 🚀🚀
Very disappointed very bad behaviour of this gateway dont used it. i am seller , my customer paid us 315 euro and they us sending us 256€ charging us alot of fees. Also their is paypal withdraw option they send payment with 7 days verification once your customer paid you you have to wait for 10 days for verification . 10000% Scam site dont use it if you are buyer or seller go with direct payment option .Dont get in scammed even they offer you free services. My experience on this gateway 1000% bad .

I'm really Scared of knowing the Truth after speaking to the Seller company that the've never received the Money from your Merchant company even you've also Confirmed me that you didn't released their Payments either until they delivered their SOftware & services to me???Therefore it seems like Your Company is now deliberately ignoring to REFUND my Money or apparently YOu're the ONE making this whole scenario complicated??Let me know the TRUTH of the matter otherwise I'll have to raise Extreme Legal consequences against your Company by going Socially VIRAL... Big Scammer.my customer paid $14 and in my wallet, there is $9.After checking all payments, I saw more than $200 scammed me in a month.A lot of transaction was expired, and I lost my customer.I used daily withdrawal, and I watch theft.In automatic payout sent lower money too.
Ran into some possible Dutch scammers that used Cointopay as their currency system. After going through normal communication procedures with the company, they stopped communicating with me and I did not receive a refund for products and services unrendered. My wife told me to contact Cointopay to see if they could contact them. Cointopay got a hold of the company I bought products and services through and told me the man had "fallen ill." Giving the benefit of the doubt I remained patient. Eventually I was credited the full amount through Cointopay for the company.Cointopay's staff are very responsive and friendly. The are understanding and knowledgeable. Money is a stressful subject, yet they are gracious and professional.The interface for the wallet and website itself is a bit clunky, counterintuitive, and there is little documentation. This is made up by their terrific customer service. I recommend working with them.
Very helpful with installing the Cointopay plugin into my Opencart webshop. They even made some adjustments to fit my needs. Wide choice of crypto currencies. I am using Cointopay now as my prefered crypto payment gateway.
