Melvin underbid a job for me. He realized his mistakes, did terrible work and ghosted without finishing. He's quick to ask for money, but will not stand by his word or quality. Now he will not answer or fix his mistakes. Does not accept any form of payment except cash because he doesn't use banks for some reason.
