The brokers were very knowledgeable took their time and were very patient with me. I had my mindset on one plan, but the broker showed me a better plan and I went with that would highly recommend this agency for your advantage plans needs.

Rita Bancroft who was my advocate for Connie health was supposed to renew and we agreed on the $26 extra that would come out of my check and when I called back to verify that it was completed she did not return my call I was ghosted I entered up being canceled and had no insurance when I needed it the most I could not get my MRI done for my colon could not get my shoulders looked at do the arthritis is really gotten bad I ended up calling Medicare directly and they renewed me with the policy that I should’ve had if Connie did not forget me anyway I’m not very happy I would not recommend her to anyone
