Consolidated Credit has helped me pay off a lot of debt.
Excellent enrollment process. Website easy to navigate. Responsive to questions from clients.
It began with the individual who received my information and worked out a plan.Afterwards, it was the representatives at customer service who were extremely helpful and polite.
I was in debt and couldn't find a company that I trusted. I read reviews and called Consolidated Credit. The first person I spoke to was David Hajjar. He immediately put me at ease and spoke without judgement and talked me through the whole process. It is a program that reduces your interest on each account, it doesn't negotiate what you owe or have you stop payments. I pay what I owe less the incredibly high interest rates. I signed up that day and have no regrets. I have called with questions and everyone that answered the phone was so nice and helpful. Laura, Alisha, Courtney to name a few. They were there to help me and guide me. I could not have done it without them.
No problem very good customer service
I have worked with Consolidated Credit in the past, and they are by far the most honest and forthcoming debt management company I've encountered. Initially, I tried a different company that advertises across several media channels, but I found them pushy, to the point where I had to ask them to stop calling because I was no longer interested in their services.
Knowledgeable, supportive, and non-judgmental—every conversation leaves me well-informed and encouraged. Excellent service.
This company is awesome, it's helping me pay my debt of every month after the negotiated a much lower price & intrest rate. It's made me financially more responsible. A great service to help. I'm so grateful for their assistance.
I've paid off so much over the past few years
Does whats expected and trustworthy. They are not shady and keep the payments for themselves like other consolidstion places.
I’ve been a loyal customer, and i have referred friends and family. Recently I faced an NSF fee. I explained there was a time difference, deposited the funds promptly, and asked for a one-time courtesy waiver. They refused, despite my history with the company and my referrals. This felt like a missed opportunity to reward loyalty and goodwill. If you rely on flexible handling of such fees, you may want to consider other companies as backups.
Always very helpful when contacted, easy to work with! Has made my life much easier!Highly recommend!!

This company is so professional to work with. They are not like other debt consolidation companies. They work by lowering interest rates while keeping the debt and not negotiating like other companies. They make a payment plan to payback the debt without the high interest rates on the cards. Plus you have a chance of using your cards after the debt is paid off. The only downside is you cannot use the cards anymore which is good to keep track so you do not get in debt again.
I like me thamk
I enrolled in the consolidation program with Consolidated Credit (CC) after being promised a budget-friendly payment plan and debt consolidation. I paid a non-refundable $39 fee plus a first payment, which included a $50 program fee, under the assumption I was successfully enrolled. However, the program failed to deliver. Shortly after my first payment, CC informed me that Capital One had declined to participate and advised me to contact the bank directly. Capital One, in turn, refused to provide details and directed me back to CC. This resulted in a frustrating two-week blame game between CC and the bank, with neither offering any concrete assistance or explanation for the denial. Despite my requests, CC failed to provide any proof of Capital One's denial.Eventually, Capital One flatly stated they would not approve the proposal. When I informed CC, they canceled my entire account without further inquiry or attempts to assist. I had asked if they offered any alternative routes to take in this situation and was told no. But I found this odd considering during my “orientation” they suggested there were multiple other options beyond this program they assist with. The most frustrating aspect is the lack of support and the financial loss. CC merely submitted a proposal, was denied, and then offered no recourse. I ended up wasting the $39 fee. Furthermore, my initial plan payment was applied to my accounts but did not cover my minimum payments, and CC still deducted their $50 fee. I am left questioning why I had to pay $90 in fees when CC provided no tangible help, failed to properly enroll me, and did not achieve the promised interest reduction. This program seems risky for anyone struggling as you are stuck in a waiting game to see if the program even works. When it doesn’t work, you’re stuck behind on bills and have even less money due to their fee’s not being returned to you. Edit to response:My second payment was reversed as it wasn't handed to Capital One yet. My initial program fee (39 dollars) and first payment was not. This included a 50 dollar program fee. The first payment was randomly applied to my accounts by Capital One, but did not cover a single minimum payment.
Reps listened and we're patient and tried their best to help me solve my credit issues
Excellent help! They really take care of their customers. I’d highly recommend
Effective program.
