I have complained about my car with has been returned in peace’s in last year 3 of November 2023 After few months this company has offered my 100£ for my loss I have all of the emails where stated what has been done to my car by this garage and what condition was returned.I received a call 2days ago from IMS that someone who’s dealing with this will come back to me when they gonna come back to work coz someone is ill.I had an accident and my insurance company has put my car to them to check if car can be fixed at the time of accident I had damaged back someone has drive in to my car they returned my car with broken front absolutely not professionallAnd now offered me 100£ for missing plate For broken bottom cover Broken front bumper Someone smoked in my car Car has been returned filthy muddy inside outside with labels on the front window Awaiting for response from anyone but no one want to take responsibility for it! How on earth This company is still open?I have missed my not date because of this damage Absolutely AVOID!!Bare a mind I’m waiting from the 3 November we have got January now
