Whenever you refund all the money you owe me, like 5,200. You charged me prior to things being done, you charged me for things that were no provided. I have been working on getting a top leading person in the company to talk to. It is my understanding from Dominiv they fired Alex, possibly Charles, and some others. Daniel is no longer ther, possibly moved on to UK and then back to US, but is not employed with Cosmic. I put my heart and sould into two books, they only published one of them and it was horrible, I can even provide pictures of the books. However, they did take my first book Echoes of Life unpublished it from Parker publishers and did a great job except for a couple of errors. KDPAmazon publishers had now publsihed it and has done a remarkable job with advertising for me. They aren't the least expensive but they do a fine job. They have my second book ready to publish, The Two Face Snowman, and have done a great job, and with no hassel, and very professional. I am not going to complete my thrid book which is a Legacy book of my Grandson and his many attempts to overcome Cerebrtal Palsy. Nothing against KDP, it's just I have no money left after paying them and getting no refund from Cosmics. Also, I am exhausted. I failed to tell you Cosmics upset me with my first publsiher by saying they overcharged me for something which they did but after some time they repaid the 1,071 dollars thaqt I told them Cosmics said they had mischarged. It took awhile but they did. My first book by arker Publishers Echoes of Life is beautiful. What I agree to with Cosmics is not what was put into the TWo Faced Snowman.I don't kno how these people lay their heads on their pillows at night.Carlotta McKnight

If you request a refund with them, they will tell you to either wait a few days, or tell you to get in touch with a QA team so they can keep your money. I sent in multiple requests, private messages , emails and chat bot requests to receive my money back, yet every time they are distancing themselves from me, because they know they don't want to give my money back. It's a financial black hole. Don't waste your money or time. They have frequently ignored my multiple refund requests.

They are a scam. Most of the positive reviews are fabricated and created by the supposed company's actual employees or actual group of scammers, who use fake names such as Tyler Hayes and Michael Hart, to deceive innocent people. Be cautious, as these individuals use multiple phone numbers to contact their victims, and when you discover their true intentions, they become hostile and aggressive. I hired a professional agency to investigate and gather evidence, which I have now provided to the FBI. Be aware that these individuals are not based in America and will not allow you to visit their supposed "publisher's office." They are nothing but thieves, and you should not waste your time and money on their lies.

I started working with Cosmics Publishers in October 2023. My first-time novel was more than half finished when I arrived at Cosmics. I did not need ghost writing services as I had recently retired as a high school English teacher, and knew how to write. In working with Brandon Daniel, we focused on editing the last third of my book, formatting, cover design, publication and "organic" sales, so far. I must say, I was beyond ecstatic with the cover design with its eye-catching content that set the stage for what the reader was about to encounter. My novel has been on the market for a couple months now in digital form, paperback and hardback and, so far, all advertising has been on social media platforms (hence the "organic" sales). While sales have been good, it's time to amp up the advertising on various platforms. That is where we are now. Both the publishers and I expect to see a good run in the increased marketing that will lead to increased sales.Brandon Daniel and Alex Martin and his team have patiently walked me through every step from writing to publishing and I am grateful for their team's assistance along the way.

The 3 stars came from the quality of the work . They did on hand come through with most of the work . The experience started out beautifully . The experience then became a nightmare when i was met with nasty attitude and rude voicemails . I was supposed to be on a monthly payment arrangement . I paid twice a month . But they still pressured me about payments . The had me do a review video before the service was even done . I will not work with them again and would not recommend for low income people who have to make payments . The only thing i can positively say that i love how the book and site came out . Marketing is about non existent.
