Gareth Rowland, the director of Crafted Cup Company assisted me in every aspect of the process of choosing and designing a tankard for a special occasion. His understanding and knowledge of the product made it very easy to get exactly what I needed
I can't speak highly enough of this company and recommend them highly. Gareth was more than helpful and offered suggestions regarding the engraving of the 3 tankards I had ordered that I was pleased to accept and I was delighted with the result. He even followed up for me with the carrier when there was a hitch in the delivery schedule (to the U.S.) demonstrating Gareth's commitment to customer service. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for pewter products.
Gareth and his team worked extensively with us on multiple customized configurations over a period of several weeks. The resulting products (tankards) were of the highest quality and looked great! Gareth was extremely patient and helpful throughout the entire process. We would HIGHLY recommend Crafted Cup and look forward to doing business with them again in the future!
