This company will not stop harassing me…
This company will not stop harassing me. I inquired about pricing 2 years ago and they have called once a month for almost 2 years about a project that has long been completed. I keep telling them to remove me from their system but they continue to call. This is a special kind of hell. Did I mention they call from different numbers and during dinner time? I didn’t know graphic designers were the new student loan repayment / back brace telemarketing scam.

The worst web company
We paid 1200$ for web design and wait for 6 month (They promise will finish in 28days!) but got nothing.... Even they promise if not satisfied will give full refund. But they won't answer your call or reply your message after 30days you paid money to them.

Lies and Unprofessional
This has been one of the most upsetting experiences that I have encountered in starting a small business. I hired craftive logos to file my trademark on my logo and also the copyright on my book. They messed up on so much of the legal side that I requested they simply email me and cancel the copyright for my book all together. I was concerned that they damaged the credibility as me being the author by filing the paperwork improperly. They use deceitful business practices including avoiding phone calls, hanging up the phone, and ultimately lieing. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This company is a risk to your project. I hope that someone within the company at the top reads this and sees what some of their employees do and how untrustworthy they are. Its possible that some of them may be fired for being so unprofessional.

Scammers. Sold me fraudulent certifications, refused to refund me the money then shut down my website when I complained. They should go to prison.

I spent $1100 once it was all said and…
I spent $1100 once it was all said and done. Wish I held omto my money. The only reason went with them is because they assured me my website would complete by October. It ended carrying over into late November. Even then there were imperfections that hindered from going live in time for the holiday season. I wasted money on domains I don't own. Disappointed.

Scam artistry at its best
Scam artistry at its best. We had a logo designed by this company and was told it was for a lifetime. Note the invoice we received stated lifetime but had 10 years in parentheses. Received a certificate of the logo as well with no timeframe specified in the certificate. Was told that is all i needed. Received a phone call a year later stating that my logo copyright was expired. Explained I purchased the lifetime or 10 years as they explained to me at this point and it was dropped after a heated discussion and my paperwork shown. Today I received a call 1 year later with the same accusation that my copyright has expired. I sent him the paperwork and invoice. Phil explained to me that someone on their end must have given a discount and that it was wrong and wanted more money from me. Phil also tried to sell me their platform for website use. Really? You are selling products under false pretense and then trying to strongarm people for money a year later by holding their logo Hostage per say. Why would anyone use any other product from this company. Save your money and the headache. Find another company to handle your logo and copyright needs.

I was looking for a particular image to build my brand and promote my business. They asked me a few questions after I sent over my rendition of what I was looking for. They did an awesome job with this. And provided it quicker Han I anticipated. Working with Emma was a delight. She was patient and very helpful with my needs.
