Great Experience
I had lots of questions. Kima Uni was able to explain the process to me so that I understood. Kima also explained the steps and the length of time possible for my credit. I was very pleased and impressed to receive a call on a Sunday to assist me. I look forward to work with Credit Clerk.

Your agent was very helpful to me and helping me in my situation cause I’m trying to get back on my feet. Like correcting errors on my credit report and protecting my identity. I was a victim of fraud about 4 to 5 years ago someone using myIdentity I’m still trying to get over that. Riccardo was very well spoken and was very patient with explaining all that was involved in the process of getting my credit reports in order. There are a lot of inaccuracies in my history especially with Transunion. He was helpful with my lack of experience in online finances and payments. He never lost his cool!! And got me signed up. He is definitely an asset to for your company.

Anytime you discover that your credit has been compromised
Anytime you discover that your credit has been compromised, it's highly stressful. When I was unable to access my online Experian account due to the passage of time between now and when I first set it up, I called them. Once I identified my reason for calling, I was transferred to Credit Clerk where I had the pleasure of speaking with Samantha Shaw. She was a God send!! She spent over an hour on the phone with me as she researched my personal info across the three major Credit Reporting Bureaus, and found the issues that needed to be addressed. If any fees needed to be charged, she explained why and the amount. She remained calm and helpful while explaining what she was doing and why. She apologized for any time she had to place me on hold and patiently hung in there as I fired off multiple questions. To me, the time I spent with her on the phone was time well spent as were the fees. She is knowledgeable and focused even during my multiple interruptions to ask questions. My personal experience with Samantha Shaw today, is why I'm personally recommending Credit Clerk should you find yourself in the position I found myself in. Thank you Credit Clerk for associates like Samantha!!
