Within hours she helped me finish my reservation, get my stateroom of choice and link my reservation with my party. She escalated my concerns multiple times, communicated clearly throughout the internal review process, and made sure I felt heard. Even when system limitations prevented reinstating the original promotion, she continued advocating on my behalf and ultimately secured an increased goodwill adjustment after leadership review.What stood out most was her tone and consistency. At every stage, she acknowledged my perspective and treated the situation seriously rather than dismissing it. I worked with an agent named Francine over the past week. I had a reservation that needed some untangling from how it was booked, and Francine helped me every step of the way. She was kind, patient and knowledgeable about both Cruisebound and MSC procedures. I felt comfortable asking her any question, and she always answered promptly and collected the right answers before telling me what I wanted to know. Francine is a Senior Advisor, so you may not meet her on the front lines of reservations. But if you ever have a problem, ask for Francine. Trust me, you will feel well taken care of.
