Beware. They only communicate through email. If you miss any emails that need a response, they cancel your cruise and you will have to pay way more to rebook or miss your trip. They don’t even pick up the phone to call first.
I have use this agency for over 10 years. They are great to work with and have best pricing. What is important is they have group pricing and that comes with many benefits. Extremely responsive and no agency cancellation fees.
