Great customer service. Website was very easy to use and customer care was on top of answering every email promptly. Got a confirmation on the day they said to expect it and the next day my prescription was in my mailbox.

They did no send the order for a week. When I contacted them they tried to tell me it was out of stock. Then emailed me stating they found one more package they can send me and it will cost me another $100. Shady practices. I cancelled my order and I asked the guy to send me a confirmation email stating the order was cancelled and he said "don't worry, ill cancel it." I had to report my card as compromised so these shady people do not charge my card. They should honor the package for what I paid for it, not extort more money out of me. Luckily, I have other methods of receiving the package but other people may not be so lucky. Seems like this company extorts people who are in desperate times.
I tried to cancel my order by sending several emails, calling, and filling out the "Contact us" form on their website before the payment was processed. Now I have been charged a very high price for something I did not want anymore and did not receive any kind of email or reply about the attempted cancellation. They also said they would send me an email when the card was charged but I have not received anything like that either. I even tried to check my spam to see if any email was there but nothing came up. When I called the recorded voice told me to put in a special pin number but I had not received one of those. Very convinced this is a scam at this point.
