smooth transaction and great experience
After placing the order, I received the confirmation and shipping notification. However, FedEx provided incorrect information regarding the shipping destination, which caused some confusion. Aside from that issue, everything else was handled well.

Owner called me back personally to work out the logistics of shipping the part to me quickly, and he followed through, as promised. I received my brand new Toto flush valve in perfect condition and on time! Great price too, the lowest of all around, for Toto replacements.

Great experience
They were great letting me know the item ordered was out of stock in their warehouse, but that they claimed the last one at the manufacturer. The towel ring arrived about 1 week from the original order date. Couldn't be happier with the communication, the effort they made to complere the order, and the price. Recommend them highly and will be back for any future needs.

Sent Wrong Item and not able to contact them by phone or email
I ordered two items and you sent me one of the wrong item. I tried to email the email address on the invoice and it rejected. I tried calling the 1-800 number and it is out of service. I left a message on direct phone number I found on the internet and no one returned my call. I would not order anything from them again
