Bad Customer Service
I accidentally ordered 2 stools instead of 1. I contacted customer service to change the amount. They said they'll take care of it. A change in the order quantity was not carried out as promised. Then I waited 2 months for the delivery. I sent one of the 2 chairs back to the sender. Customer service does not respond to my request. I've been waiting for my money ever since.
