Great Product, Excellent Service
Such amazing communication and customer service. Bill usually got back to me within minutes and kept me posted about my order status. He jumped right in and helped deal with a shipping issue that was not his fault. My Skargarden Laknas benches are the perfect addition to my outdoor space. Such amazing quality and craftsmanship. They have a timeless modern design that works with many styles.

Recently I decided to replace a broken…
Recently I decided to replace a broken part on a very large Shademaker umbrella. I called the company to inquire about purchasing the part. I was given the email address for Bill Ferris at Decor Outdoor.Bill was absolutely fantastic. It did not matter that I purchased the umbrella at a different store (the question never even came up). He responded quickly and from just a few pictures and my less than expert knowledge, he was able to determine which part I needed. When a problem popped up with shipping, he explained the issue and helped to resolve the problem in a way that was mutually beneficial. I couldn’t be more pleased with the help that I received. I highly recommend Decor Outdoor. I really appreciate that the Shademaker company recommended Bill to me.

The particular fabric chair slings I ordered are difficult to find, so I was pleased that this vendor carries them. Bill even emailed me to ensure that I understood that I was only ordering the slings (rather than the chair frames).
