I wish I could give no stars as I never received orders they have took the money. When I looked my account my orders are in transit from nearly a year ago. Don't order from them. They have taken £79.

I ordered a painting as a gift. They sent me the wrong painting. I’ve emailed them 4 times with no answer and no other way to contact them. There’s too many other companies that sell these. Save yourself the trouble and purchase somewhere else

Beware of ordering from this company
Beware of ordering from this company. I have ordered multiple items but recently their their situation must have changed. I have tried to reach them MULTIPLE with concerns with shipping and my orders. Unable to reach. Their email doesn't work. They don't provide a phone contact. I finally received a rather large order with varied items in it and several items are just plain junk. The storage boxes for the extra diamond dots are thin cheap plastic which are going to Crack and the storage jars are the same, some even arrived broken. Definitely not what I expected from this company. If I wanted this quality I could of ordered from T. Definitely not a happy customer. And again I tried contacting them and have been unable. Rather convient for them.

Canceled order No Product or Refund
I canceled order and requested a refund. The company kept pushing the product on me and finally stated they would refund. It has been a couple of months now and still no refund. I also have never received any products in this timeframe. I would suggest never ordering from this company.

There was no option for 0 stars but I would give it that if I could. This company is selling stolen art work from artists who are licensed with diamond art club and probably many others. The artist loses money because of this. Do not buy from here.

This company is stealing artwork from the artists who make it! None of it is licensed, which means the artist loses compensation for their hard work! One artist they have stolen work from includes Dakota Daetwiler.

STOLEN ART!
DO NOT BUY! This is stolen art! If you love the artwork, go to a reputable diamond painting business that is licensed with the artist. Yes, it costs a lot more but you get the quality and the artists makes a certain percentage. If we want to continue enjoying the artists' work, they need paid. How would you like to work your butt off and not only not get paid but to also have your work stolen and sold? It's no different than an author having their book plagiarized. Dakota Daetwiler is such a wonderful artist. She is licensed with Diamond Art Club. She is also very sweet. Works all the time. Her work has been stolen and sold on Diamonds Painting Factory. This is devastating to her fans and also her and her family.

AWFUL product
AWFUL product. All the canvases were cheap, cracking, terrible material. Not sticky at all. Drills are cheap and not shiny. Plus all of their artwork is stolen. DO not buy from them! My credit card got hacked right after I purchased! I don't trust this site!

Though it felt like forever
Though it felt like forever for parcel to arrive, it has. communication was prompt and courteous. Product is well packaged. In my error I had neglected to note Lunar New Year celebrations happening.
