The team here works relentlessly - they follow up and seem to work faster than I do (and trust me, I'm quick!). If I do not have any questions, my taxes are done in 2-3 emails and MAYBE a quick call. They are not exactly easy, but thankfully they do not change too too much each year. In any case, I love working with them!
I have been using Dimov for the last 5 tax seasons, and I can't recommend them enough. I usually work with Clark or Mukhiddin, who are extremely responsive and helpful with any questions you may have. I have W2 and rental income to file for, as well as crypto and other investments. I was able to get most of my documents to them prior to the date the IRS starts filing taxes and was ready to file as soon as the last couple documents were released. They take all the stress out of tax season, reach out to them for assistance with your taxes!!

I had an exceptional experience working with George Dimov and his team. They were incredibly persistent, thorough, and proactive in helping me file my taxes in a timely manner. Patrick Hayes and the Dimov team's expertise were a real life saver recently. I suddenly received notice (in Sep 25) from the IRS about a problem with a 2553 filing back in 23. Officially we were beyond all of the deadlines for fixing the problem. Patrick was familiar with these types of situations and had the right cites and language to address the matter effectively, bringing the situation to a successful resolution. I would reach out to Patrick and Dimov again without hesitation.

The work environment was highly stressful and, in my experience, poorly managed. Communication from leadership often came across as aggressive rather than supportive, and feedback was frequently delivered through public criticism or long calls focused on mistakes rather than solutions. This created a culture of fear rather than learning.Training was extremely limited. After watching a few recorded videos, employees were expected to perform at a very high level immediately. During peak season, workloads were excessive, with expectations to handle hundreds of tax returns while also taking on responsibilities far beyond the original role. In practice, the position required acting not only as a tax preparer, but also as a bookkeeper, payroll specialist, HR support, recruiter, salesperson, consultant, and administrative assistant, without the structure, staffing, or compensation to match.There was little recognition for strong performance or revenue contributions. Positive results were largely ignored, while errors, sometimes minor, were emphasized repeatedly and revisited weeks later. This made it difficult to feel valued or motivated, regardless of effort or results.From the client side, internal disorganization often led to frequent reassignment of accounts. When issues arose, the solution was often refunds, free consultations, or additional promises rather than addressing underlying process problems.If you are considering working here or hiring this firm, I strongly encourage you to ask detailed questions about training, workload expectations, support structure, and turnover. My experience was overwhelming and unsustainable, and I would not choose to work under these conditions again.
The service they provide is amazing. I have a very complicated tax case as I’m filing both in Italy and the US, I also have a few rental properties and RSUs so it’s as bad as it gets when it comes to taxes… I was struggling big time before I discovered DimovTax, they make it so easy and now I never have to worry about penalties and not filing on time :)

I wish I could leave a zero star review. My experience with Dimov Tax was excruciatingly painful. I came to them and clearly explained the unique and pressing situation we were facing and they assured me that they would make this a priority and could complete my taxes in a timely manner. Unfortunately over thr last month, I had to continually chase them down to find out who was handling my file, as it kept getting bounced from person to person, and their communication was severely lacking. I was forthcoming with all of our information and gave all responses within the same day in order to move this along as quickly as possible. I was even forced to pay up front, something that I had never done before with any accounting firm, but I did so in the hopes that they were working on the tax return. After the third time of my file being passed around, I asked to speak with a senior executive. They set up the call and she never contacted me. At this point I have zero confidence in this firm’s ability to handle my file, communicate honestly, and to have the ability to do my taxes correctly. Do yourself a favor and run from this firm.
