I had a question about my order
I had a question about my order, but I’m on the West Coast and had called after ET hours. Did not expect a callback that same day but was surprised to get a call back not 10 minutes later. That’s super impressive (it turned out not to be a problem: the automatic shipping update showed a generic product not the color I had ordered, but the proper color is getting shipped). The lady who helped me was clear, friendly and efficient. I am very impressed by this level of service.

It was great because I got my CPAP…
It was great because I got my CPAP machine. I wasn't really excited about how I had to go to the post office to go stand in line and pick it up. I work during the day and they wouldn't leave it on my porch like all the other packages I receive.

Speed shipping, easy to use website.
The chord for my cpap failed.If anybody knows what it's like to sleep without a cpap, it's awful. I found their website. It was quick and easy to find the part I needed. It was shipped fast to my mailbox within two days and mind you i bought the parts at ten o'clock at night.
