I would leave negative stars

I would leave negative stars! Horrible! They will lose your prescription! I waited for 2 months and all I was told was “STUCK IN PROCESSING”

Their phone line says they are not answeing phones anymore and asked me to email them. Horrible

DIRX canceled my order for August -- they did contact me via email to go back to my doctor to write new script and take to a pharmacy! Most unacceptable. Tried calling, emailing, no response. Unaccep

Im not giving them a chance, I removed all my pymt info (credit card) so if they try to resume my order there is no pymt info. Made it most difficult for me -- why couldn't they just allow a pharmacy to transfer prescriptions? Unacceptable

I have had 4 orders from them canceled…

I have had 4 orders from them canceled . I have called them several times sat on hold 30 mins each time just to be disconnected. I have emailed them 4 days later they tell me they are still waiting for the medication to arrive. Horrible communication and changing me for the meds until the order is canceled is unacceptable.

Do not trust the other reviews

Do not trust the other reviews. They do not pick up. Patients cant get ahold of them and they do not contact patients after sending an RX. How inconvenient for care. They are putting patients at RISK. Please avoid at all costs....

The worst online pharmacy you can find

I have been using this ridiculous pharmacy for about 2.5 years so I know what is going on. Common cholesterol statins are never in stock for months at a time. If you can get through, they tell you to get your doctor to prescribe a 30-day Rx and fill at your local expensive pharmacy while you endless wait for stock.3 months ago, I finally got the courage to move on and I found Mark Cuban's CostPlus pharmacy. WOW! What breath of fresh air. You get US based customer service who always answers the phone and Emails. They have all my drugs in stock and the price was less and DiRx. Don't be a lazy idiot like me and wait to switch away from this make believe pharmacy.

Too many problems

I was very disappointed with this company. I don't have prescription coverage, so I was looking for the least expensive pharmacy. DiRx was the least expensive by far, even using GoodRX. The first time, I had several problems getting my medication, but dismissed it, thinking it would get figured out the second time. Nope. Second refill I was charged, but medication was never sent until I called to ask why. This final refill was the final straw. Again, I was charged for the med weeks before I needed the refill. Great. It would be here in plenty of time. Weeks passed. Still no ship date. Then I was out of my med. Still no ship date. I emailed. They apologized. Nothing. I called. After an hour on hold, I gave up. Emailed again. Phones aren't working, and, oh, by the way, we're out of your med and don't know when we will get it. Buh bye, DiRx.

Had experience similar to others.

Had experience similar to many of those who have recently posted negative reviews. Never fulfilled medication refill; was left for long period as "pending" on site. Did not update me until, after getting worried we might run out of the medication, I reached out inquired. After several day delay, they finally replied and told me they were out of stock and suggested I cancel the order and order elsewhere. Had a similar problem with them earlier, although they finally did provide the refill after being contacted. Very poor, irresponsible service. At a minimum, they should have contacted me and informed me that they would not be able to fulfill the order in a reasonable amount of time. Will no longer use.

I am done!

I have been ordering from them for a couple of years because their prices are so low. However every time my 90 days rolls around from my refills I’m terrified I’m not going to get my meds and it’s finally happened. It has been over 10 days since they initiated the order For a 90 day refill and Nothing. My provider confirmed sending the prescription but no response. They will not reply to emails at all. I am done.

Terrible junk business

Frankly, I believe most of the positive reviews, those with more than than two stars, are pure fiction. I dealt with this company for over the year and had problems from the start. But persevered due to indeed lower price for the drug I needed and since already spent some time wrestling with them. During this year though their service became even worse (if possible to imagine). Their customer service is a bad joke - incompetent, semi-literate and unwilling. If even you ever can reach them at all - they are not answering the phone now ( regardless when you call) and not responding to emails. IMHO such business should not be allowed to exist in US. Its a shame. Though probably they dont, even if registered in Florida. Most med by mail companies are terrible, to be sure, but this one stands out. I decided to pay a little more and deal with local pharmacy from now on. You have been warned.

Received Semaglutide but never ordered it

I had never even heard of this place before yesterday when a package showed up on my door step. I was a package of Semaglutide. I have never ordered from this pharmacy in my life! I didn’t talk to anyone there to get it and I checked my bank and there was no money taken out from them. WTF!! I cannot get a hold of anyone at the company I was on hold 45 minutes then it hung up on me. I emailed them and I have gotten nothing back!!! Has anyone had this happen? I’m afraid they are going to take money out of my account for it and those drugs aren’t cheap!

Poor service

Just like all the other reviewers, this is my last time to use Dirx for the same reasons. Delayed medications, no communication informing of delays, scrambling to have prescriptions transferred to other pharmacies and they don't even answer phone calls.Have been calling and emailing all week holding for upto an hour before being disconnected and email is not any better as you get no response. PATHETIC!

Beware!

I was a customer for a year and a half. That ended today. I’ve had so many prescriptions delayed or canceled because of “sourcing issues,” and these are common generics!! I’ve had several orders delayed without any notification, leaving me in a bind. It got to the point where I would preemptively call every month to make sure they had the medication in stock. They would assure me that my order was in process, and then a week later it still hadn’t shipped, so I would have to call again and again, and get the same story. I’m estimating I had trouble with 40% of my orders over 18 months.The pricing was great, but having to contact my doctor several times over the past 18 months to redirect prescriptions to other pharmacies at the last minute has been a real pain. I’m done.

One has to be constantly calling custom…

One has to be constantly calling custom service to get your order shipped out. Then they say that they don't have the med in stock and then takes one month of constantly calling them to get the refund back to credit card. I do not recommend this company

Bunch of scammers!

This company is more than happy to take your money but not give your meds. The latest tactic used now is when you call is a recorded message while creepy music. Once waiting for 30 minutes you are then told call back later and disconnected. I did the annual plan more like an anal plan. I've been waiting since March 7, 2025 for my 4th refill on 5 meds. Definitely not worth going to. I'm pretty sure they're going to take your money and run! Not the only time not getting all my meds on time. Had to call and email with only excuses from their customer support.

Medication disruption

In the beginning, all monthly orders were received accurately and on time. Recently, I started receiving messages from this provider that my medication could no longer be sourced. I was advised to ask my doctor to send a prescription to a local pharmacy, which increases the cost of drugs compared to online. Have not heard anything from them since. Total disappointment!

MY ORDER TOOK MONTHS TO BE IN STOCK . i WAS FINALLY SENT AN E-MAIL THAT IT WAS IN STOCK. DIRX ASKED ME IF I WAS STILL INTERESTED. i SAID YES . AT THIS POINT I`VE BEEN OUT OVER 2 MONTHS . THEN THEY SENT ME A MESSGE THAT MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED DUE TO PAYMENT ISSUE SO I IMEDIATLY TRIED TO CALL . WAITED ON HOLD 30 MINUTES THEN IT DISCONNECTED ME. NEXT MORNING AT 9:00 AM I CALLED AGAIN, LISTENED TO MUSIC AGAIN FOR HALF AN HOUR AND WAS DISCONECTED AGAIN . SO AT THIS POINT I DON`T KNOW WHERE MY ORDER STANDS . OH AND I SENT E-MAILS WITH NO RESULT .

Absolutely horrible customer service

Absolutely horrible customer service. I ordered over $200 of medicine and no one would ever call me back or email me. Totally horrible experience I lost all of my prescriptions and refills because I could never get them to move to another pharmacy. Do not recommend to use this company.
