Discount Catheters is the right name. Should have Great Service in the name too
I called Discount Catheters and got Michael, I was in a slight panic due to my usual supplier not having what I needed in stock. He expedited the shipping. I used the websites chat window two days later to get an update on the progress, Jose was quick in response to say it was out for delivery, 45 min later it arrived. Not only that, it was waaay less expensive than other suppliers. I know where I'm ordering from next time. Thanks Fellas

I was given Class A+ treatment. Maryana was a very professional person that helped me. I have misspelled this lady's name. I am sorry about that. I was helped by a person who completely knowledgeable about the catheters I needed. I do appreciate the waving the overnight fees. I will be ordering more when it becomes obvious that I need too. Thank you for the phenomenal shopping experience. I have been in the medical field for 35 years and am a surgery practice administrator however I found your business online while looking for a product for my 98 year old grandmother who recently had a feeding tube placed. This was my time ordering from your company as I truly had never even heard of you in the past, but it will definitely not be my last. The turnaround time was unheard of and she received her item within 24 hours of ordering without even paying for expedited shipping. More importantly for me, the email confirmation and communication regarding the order status from the day I placed the order was exceptional. Kudos to you and your team.

Really good prices and the delivery time is great. I've ordered the same product from other sites and they take twice as long to deliver. Discount catheters shipped my order right away and I got it in less than a week. Customer service is also very good. I highly recommend discount catheters!

Jose M helps me often. Always very helpful. For the last few months the shopping cart system will not process payments the site just clocks so I have to contact via chat to process. It's a bit of a pain. If not for this issue I would give the company 5 stars. But with this issue it limits when I can purchase my needed supplies because must wait till business hours.
