I had excellent customer service with discovery books. I made a order through eBay my frist book was lost in the mail. They immediately sent me another and refunded my money and allowed me to pay when the new book showed up. I will def do biz with them again when I'm looking for a specific book.
I ordered 4 books of The Babysitters Club from Amazon Prime, 3 came new. The last came today from Discovery books. So upset, it was part of granddaughters Christmas gift. I can't give it, has an odor, but its worn, plus drawing in the book! I just ordered a new one. I contacted Amazon, they must have used a 3rd party, Discovery books to fulfill order. I emailed them, this book is going in the garbage! Very angry!Laurcien Edgar
