Persistent and Professional Support
DNN Support was very persistent and professional in analyzing and resolving the issue that we were having. Through several shared sessions and even taking the time to install our setup locally, Tony was able to determine a solution to our problem.

Outstanding software and service
I would give DNN software 4.5 if the system left me because there is very little I have found to complain about with this company and the Evoq Content product I have purchased.We have implemented Evoq for publishing our SDK product on-line, instead of through desktop executables. Besides the obvious help this has been to us and our organization, the help we received (and continue to receive) from DNN has been invaluable.We have found their service and service staff to be honest, responsive, and extremely helpful, even above and beyond their stated mandate.The product itself is easy to manage, highly configurable, and easily extensible. We have also used a couple of add-in modules to save us some development time and have received help from DNN for those modules as well.

DNN help with customizing
We have been using DNN for about 3 years. Overall it has served us very well. Recently, we ran into some issues which required some customized assistance. Maxwell Freeman-Orr of DNN was extremely helpful and managed to solve our issue. We are very grateful to him and to the DNN team.

Fantastic Pro Subscription Support
As a 10 year user of DNN technologies it takes a lot to stump my team. Recently several issues came up that were beyond the pale. Thanks to the DNN premium support subscription we were able to get an advanced DNN engineer via GoToMeeting and resolve things on the fly without giving access to production. This took an issue that would have been a week to just hours; I couldn't be happier with the Pro support and highly recommend it to any business using DNN.

A great product that is easy to use for any skill level
We built our government website with the DNN Evoq software.Our user community has different skill levels and we wanted something that was easy for all of them to use with little training. This is a great product, and I cannot say enough about the support folks! Probably the best help desk I have ever had to work with! Thanks again for making and standing by this wonderful product!

Great CMS, highly expandable.
There are very few things that cannot be accomplished via DNN or its accompanying ecosystem in the world of CMS's. Would highly recommend, great customer support.

DNN / Evoq - CMS
We have been using both the community edition and the supported version of DNN (Evoq) for 5 years now, since 2011. I can easily recommend it if you are looking for a .Net based CMS as it has no limits. The built-in modules offer a quick way to get a basic site up and running. If you are going to attempt a more serious implementation, then the 3rd party community and developers are a tremendous asset and getting better all the time. Our sites run with virtually no problems but I have needed DNN support a few times when performing upgrades due to some obsolete 3rd party modules that we still had installed. The support was excellent and they quickly identified the issues and got our sites up and running quickly.

Evoq Content Review
We have been a Evoq customer for over 9 years to provide relevant information and regulations for our 400+ employees and the community we serve. This CMS answered all our requirements and more. We are in the process of upgrading from v6 to v8.5 OR 9 depending on the functionality changes. I have always found DNN Support to be top notch, super friendly, and very knowledgeable.Our experience has shown that Evoq is not as 'easy' to use for everyone. Training has been the biggest roadblock (especially for upgrades) and we are now actively engaged in developing our own online user guide. I have been to the new Docs site and found it to be helpful for more advanced users. DNN has been there for us the entire way. What's next for us? - Social Media! Thanks DNN!

I have been very happy with the level of service I have received from DNN customer support. When I had not reached out for awhile, they contacted me to see if they could assist with anything I was working on or help with any problems I had. Quick, helpful support and fast turnaround.
We completed a website migration to the DNN platform and the process was almost completely seamless. The ongoing support has been incredibly helpful and informative. They have a great team to work with over there and I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a solid platform. Some initial training is helpful. I am not a tech savvy individual, so it wasn't an out-of-the-box product for me, but the support makes up the difference!

The Only CMS I'll Use & Recommend
DNN is powerful and extensible. I have yet to find something I can't do with it using built-in features or developing my own code exploiting the power of their robust API. There are also a TON of different coding languages that can be used, which makes it approachable by users of all programming levels. Did I mention security? Well, just compare the number and severity of alerts at us-cert.gov compared to WordPress. Nearly everything you need is built-in, meaning you don't need to go crazy looking for third-party plugins and keeping them up to date with WordPress while ensuring they work properly after each upgrade AND the developer continues to support it. Dizzying. DNN it is.
