No proof or revisions - unsatisfactory product
I purchased socks from this company and paid to receive a proof and unlimited revisions. I never received a single proof or was permitted any revisions. An unsatisfactory product was delivered. I reached out repeatedly and the issue was never resolved.

Ordered an item on December 15th with a promised delivery time of a week. A month goes by and the item was never even despatched. Customer service did not help and stopped replying too so I had to file a dispute with paypal. Take your business elsewhere!

I ordered some custom face socks in December 2025 as gifts. They arrived on time and were a big hit. Other family members wanted some, so on January 4, 2026, I ordered five additional pairs in two different orders. My credit card was charged for both orders. Not having heard anything about my order(s), I contacted Doga’s support email. Nothing. To date, I have sent five separate emails. Nothing. I contacted my bank and have disputed the charges. I was promised when I ordered that I'd received the products before Christmas. I received them after Christmas These socks are not even socks. They are flimsy feeling like plastic rubber tubes that when you even try to put them on the image of the animal's face stretches out and is unrecognizable.

Ordered custom socks for Christmas on Dec 6th. Company ensured arrival before Christmas but by the 22nd I have sent 2 emails and a chat to the company to find out the status and no response. There is no way I will recieve my order in time and this will absolutely ruin my Christmas gifts for my Neice and Nephew. What a waste of money and time. They've lost my business and I will be telling people to use other services than Dogasocks. There are plenty of other companies providing this service.

I wishI had read these reviews beforehand. I would have never ordered for a secret Santa. Now I have a custom gift unavailable in time and I have to get another gift because it's taken over two weeks to have a pair of socks shipped. Very disappointed and I will never order from here again. My secret Santa is on December 17th.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My order was delievered and it was incorrect. I paid for 2 faces and recieved only one printed. I've attempted to contact the support site 5 different times and no one is helping to resolve the issue.

Long processing time, difficult to contact and not great quality.
Ordered a product and it was delayed and was difficult to reach support to get an answer about when it was shipped. They did finally respond and shipped the item. It arrived quickly after it was shipped, but it's not great quality. The socks are thin and there is a black printed line all the way up the sock that looks odd. I've ordered socks from other places in the past and they were better quality. I won't be reordering from DogaSocks in the future.

I ordered a pair of socks with a while ago to gift to my fiancées father who ADORES his two dogs. The socks came out great; The picture of them came out clear on the socks so it’s easy to tell it’s really them and not some ai generated picture or cartoon. As for comfort, i’m not 100% sure if they’re comfy or uncomfortable as I’m not the one wearing it but my fiancées father wears them ALL the time. I got the socks back in 2023 but it was only until I saw an email just now that the business was started by a single mom in her living room as a way to earn extra money to support her child and dog and I wanted to write a review to say i’m happy I got a great product and supported a small business and how earlier this year me and my fiancée got 2 cats and I will most likely order a pair of socks again at some point(In regards to those saying they take ages to send:28th Jan - I placed order1st Feb - received confirmation it’s out for delivery4th Feb - Delivered)

This company is a scam
This company is a scam! I placed an order 2 1/2 months ago and still have not received it. Their online chat is useless. IF they reply to an email, they lie and claim your order was lost in the mail and will be shipped via express post. The only thing Doga socks does is charge your credit card.

I ordered a pair of custom socks with expedited shipping. They were supposed to be a Christmas gift. I was charged for them and received an order confirmation E-mail, but was never notified that they shipped and the item never arrived. It's been more than two months since I placed my order. The company did not respond to my E-mail or any of my attempts to contact them via chat. I just filed a report with PayPal and am waiting to see if they can resolve the issue and refund my money. This so-called company should be shut down. You can't take someone's money, never send the product, and then be completely unresponsive.

Poor customer service. Doga socks rarely responds to an email. When a problem occurred, company did not follow through with promise. Socks are not wearing quality. Very disappointing/order elsewhere.
