Terrible experience ! Stay away from this company
Terrible experience with DoggieLounge! I tried to cancel my order 5 minutes after purchase, yet they took 2 days to reply only to say it couldn’t be canceled—despite the fact it hadn’t even shipped yet! The product finally arrived after 2–3 weeks, and now they refuse to accept a return.
