I can’t say enough about this company. My vet thought I should try their shoulder stabilizer system on my 3 lb yorkie whoHad dislocated her shoulder and we were trying to avoid surgery. Despite his measurements, which the company followed perfectly, her legs were too small to stay in the Velcro. I called the company excepting to be told we made it as specified it’s yours, they immediately authorized a return and upon receiving the item back issued a full refund!! Amazing. Thank you so much
